Elon Musk’s privately held Space Exploration Technologies Corp. has raised $1.9 billion in a new round of funding, according to a filing on Tuesday. Bloomberg reported the round last week, saying it valued the rocket maker at $46 billion and attracted the participation of 75 investors. SpaceX earlier this month returned two NASA astronauts to Earth, the first splashdown by U.S. astronauts in 45 years. SpaceX could launch another crew as early as next month and start tourist flights next year.
