Sotera Health to offer 46.6 million shares in IPO, priced at $20 to $23 each

Sotera Health Co. , a provider , set terms for its initial public offering on Thursday, with plans to offer 46.6 million shares priced at $20 to $23 each. The company has applied to list on Nasdaq, under the ticker “SHC.” There are 16 banks underwriting the deal, led by JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Jefferies. Proceeds will be used to redeem debt and for working capital and other general purposes. “We are a leading global provider of mission-critical sterilization and lab testing and advisory services to the medical device and pharmaceutical industries,” the company says in its prospectus.
