Dell withdraws fiscal 2021 financial guidance due to coronavirus

Dell Technologies Inc. on Thursday said it is withdrawing its financial guidance for fiscal 2021 because of the coronavirus pandemic. In an 8-K filing, the company said it is “unable to predict the extent to which the global COVID-19 pandemic may adversely impact its business operations, financial performance and results of operations for the current fiscal year.” Dell said it plans to provide more information during its fiscal first-quarter earnings call scheduled on May 29.
