Cuomo hits back at Trump on vaccine distribution

Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Friday pushed back after President Donald Trump threatened to keep New York state from getting a COVID-19 vaccine when one is approved due to Cuomo’s criticism of Trump’s rollout plan.
