Bristol Myers Squibb Co. said Monday its board has approved an additional $2 billion of share buybacks, bringing the company’s full authorization to about $6.4 billion. Shares rose 1% premarket, but have fallen 3% in the last 12 months, while the S&P 500 has gained 17%.
