Bath & Body Works adds new leadership

L Brands Inc. announced new leadership at Bath & Body Works on Monday, adding Julie Rosen as president of the booming beauty brand and promoting Chris Cramer to chief operating officer. Rosen previously ran her own retail consulting firm. Cramer has been with L Brands for 19 years, 15 of them with Bath & Body Works. His previous roles include chief financial officer. L Brands most recently reported record profit and sales at Bath & Body Works. L Brands’ other labels include Victoria’s Secret. L Brands stock has more than doubled, up 109% over the last year, while the benchmark S&P 500 index is up 15.2% for the period.
