AMC Entertainment CFO Ramsey to step down in February

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. said late Friday that its chief financial officer would retire early next year. The company said CFO Craig Ramsey will retire on Feb. 28, 2020, and be succeeded by Sean Goodman. AMC said that Goodman will begin serving as executive vice president of finance on Dec. 2. Goodman, 54, has served as the CFO of Asbury Automotive Group Inc. since July 2017, the company said. AMC shares were flat after hours, following a 0.7% rise to close at $9.22.
