ADT Inc. shares declined in the extended session Wednesday after the security products company’s revenue topped Wall Street estimates. ADT shares declined 3% after hours, following a 0.1% advance in the regular session to close at $12.78. The company reported a second-quarter loss of $107 million, or 14 cents a share, compared with a loss of $104 million, or 14 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Revenue rose to $1.33 billion from $1.28 billion in the year-ago quarter. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had forecast a loss of 14 cents a share on revenue of $1.25 billion.
